Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Process: To exchange an item, please contact us to ensure the desired item is in stock. If unavailable, we can process a refund or store credit instead.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at contact@sage-collection.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.

Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item(s) to the return address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**Damaged or Incorrect Items: We carefully inspect our products to ensure they are sent to you in perfect condition. However, if something happens to be overlooked, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you. (Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.)
